I am one of the country's most experienced prostate surgeons and a nationally recognised expert in this field. Whilst primarily a HoLEP surgeon I am very aware that patient choice is very important in providing a happy outcome. I am now offering Aquablation as an alternative modality as it offers a "proper" prostate operation with the prospect of minimal disruption to sexual or ejaculatory function, which is a significant issue with traditional prostate surgery. The key to a good outcome is understanding bladder function, prostate anatomy and patient expectation and I hope that my wealth of experience allows me to offer you the best advice and the best surgery. I am based at West Herts Teaching Hospitals Trust for my NHS practice where we also offer Aquablation and at Spire Bushey for my private practice. I trained at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, and subsequently completed my Urology training on the Imperial North West London Circuit.
