Dr. Frank Lai is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist specializing in laparoscopic, robotic and endoscopic procedures. The conditions he treats include cancers of the kidney, prostate, bladder, testis and adrenal gland, as well as complex stone diseases, vasectomy and benign prostate enlargement (BPH). He believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to medicine or surgery, so he takes the time to discuss the pros and cons of their treatment options with his patients.
Dr. Lai is co-medical director of Urology Care at El Camino Health's Hospital and is proud of its leading-edge technology. He’s involved in creating a quality-driven environment where patient care is a team effort carried out by a compassionate, professional staff. His daily interaction with patients keeps him passionate about his career, and he believes in treating patients as he would members of his own family.
