Robert Dickinson, MD is a graduate of The University of Texas Medical Branch Medical School in Galveston, where he was honored as both a member of the Dean’s List and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Dickinson completed his surgical internship and urology residency at The University of New Mexico and a National Urology Resident Preceptorship in Laparoscopic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Dickinson treats both male and female patients, and has special interests in therapy for enlarged prostates (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), prostate cancer, treatments for overactive bladder, urinary incontinence in men and women, kidney stone prevention and treatment, as well as laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery for kidney cancer. Dr. Dickinson is now offering Aquablation for men with BPH. This FDA approved procedure uses unheated, sterile saline to precisely remove prostate tissue overgrowth.
