Dr. Charles Hughes

Charles T. Hughes, M.D. is a board certified urologist practicing in Chicago. A long time Illinois resident, he received his Bachelor of Science from Illinois Wesleyan University, his M.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago (Peoria Campus) and completed his urologic residency at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham. Dr. Hughes enjoys providing personalized care for patients, with thorough explanations of medical options and rationale for treatment in order to develop an individualized plan.
