Dr. Amar Singh is a board-certified urologist and nationally recognized leader in minimally invasive and robotic urologic surgery. As Chair of the Department of Urology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine–Chattanooga, he brings decades of experience treating a wide range of urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney stones.
Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his residency training in urology at Upstate Medical University, followed by advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive urologic surgery at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Throughout his career, he has remained at the forefront of innovative surgical technologies designed to improve patient outcomes while reducing recovery times.
